How to get started

Inside SOYKA VPS 5G

Two kinds of access. One subscription.

Ordinary internet traffic stays unlimited. A separate 5G allowance covers mobile allowlisted networks.

Ordinary servers

Unlimited traffic · no per-GB charge

5G servers

50 GB of actual traffic per month

Ordinary servers do not use the 5G allowance

5G supports allowlisted networks when a working network is available. Connection depends on your operator, region and current restrictions. It does not replace your mobile plan.

Choose what suits you

Two plans. A clear difference.

Both include a protected connection and ordinary traffic with no per-GB charge. 5G adds an allowance for allowlisted networks.

Ask a question ↗
Should I choose Standard or SOYKA VPS 5G?

Choose Standard for a protected connection to your everyday services. SOYKA VPS 5G also includes 50 GB of actual 5G traffic for mobile allowlisted networks. A working network is required; availability depends on your operator and connection conditions.

What does the 50 GB in SOYKA VPS 5G mean?

A monthly allowance of actual traffic through 5G servers, shared across your devices. Ordinary servers do not use this allowance. Check your balance in your account. This is a SOYKA VPS access package, not a replacement for your mobile data plan.

Does 5G work without a mobile signal?

No. A working network is required. Connection depends on your operator, region and current restrictions. The service cannot restore a missing signal or a complete mobile-data shutdown.

Which devices can I use?

The base subscription includes 5 personal devices. SOYKA VPS is available for Android, Windows and Linux. Use Happ on macOS and iPhone, following the instructions. Choose the appropriate app version for your system.

What happens after payment?

Open the instructions in your account, install the app for your device and add your connection. Choose a location in SOYKA VPS and connect, or follow the Happ import instructions. Contact support if you need help.

Will payments renew automatically?

This depends on your payment method and whether you enable auto-renewal. The amount and schedule are shown before payment. If enabled, renewal is charged at or shortly before the end of the paid period. Disable future charges in your account; paid access continues until the end of the term.

Can I get a refund?

Activated subscriptions are not refundable under the service terms, except where required by law or separately agreed. Disabling auto-renewal cancels future charges, not the current payment. Contact support@soykacloud.tech about your situation.

Where can I get help connecting?

Email support@soykacloud.tech with your account email, device, operating system and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or card details.
